A beautiful old building at 1514 St Charles Avenue being demolished after suffering from Katrina's wind damage
One of the Grand Dames of beautiful old buildings being demolished after suffering from Hurricane Katrina's wind damage located at 1514 St Charles Avenue at Melpomene Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana. The owners apparently thought it was better to tear it completely down rather than attempting to restore this beautiful old building. Today, it sits as an empty lot.
