Rainbow Apparel in Mid-City suffered major damage and flooding during Hurricane Katrina
Ghostly in the middle of the night, Rainbow Apparel remains completely untouched a year later after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana. The lights have been on 24 hours a day since the power was turned on to the city and clothes still remain on the racks at Rainbow Apparel where there was once at least 3 feet of water.
